Abstract

 In view of this real scenario, the proposal that defines this study consists of demonstrating how awarding work in Brazil works and its main problems related to the lack of a specific legislation and the applicability in a real case in which this new theme is being applied to disarticulate the formation of criminal organizations within the public sector together with the network of private companies, as well as their proposal to reduce sentence, in the case of those who confess, in a totally voluntary manner (article 4 of Law 12.850 /13),
cooperating with information in that the Public Prosecution Office deems to be relevant to the collaboration of the investigations, and receiving as a reward form the benefits that vary from judicial pardon, reduction of sentence and even substitution of restrictive sentences of right (article 4 Law 12.850 / 13) so that the Prosecutor's Office and all its judicial structural staff can carry 50 out a concrete investigation and to the disarticulation of these organizations, enforcing the Law of Procedural and Criminal Law to be fulfilled.
